Loop manufacturing device has plate and members for mounting links of cylindrical hinges. Mounting members are rigidly secured on plate. Mounting members are made prism-shaped. Prisms are positioned such that their V-shaped slots define two parallel rows, one row for each group of axially aligned links to be welded.
