FIELD: self-propelled artillery pieces. SUBSTANCE: intermediate cylinder with piston is installed between cylindrical case and hollow rod with piston. Hollow rod accommodates internal cylinder separated by floating piston into gas and hydraulic spaces. Hydraulic space of internal cylinder is connected with spaces of hollow cylinder through valves of brake of recoil and cable through holes in walls of hollow cylinder and intermediate cylinder with other formed spaces lying within confines limited by piston of intermediate cylinder and walls of cylindrical case. With firing a shot hollow rod with piston moves relative to intermediate cylinder translating with reference to cylindrical case as well as to floating piston changing pressure of gases.
