FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow handle 3, drive made in the form of knife-type connecting rods coupled by a transverse bearing member, working unit connected with the handle. The working unit is made in the form of bushing 1 with rectangular recess taking the whole internal surface, the recess width being less than its depth. The device also has wire-type cutting member 4 placed in recess 2 and having the cutting edge directed at an acute angle to the base stretching in parallel to the bottom of recess 2 with its lateral surface running in parallel to the lateral recess wall. Bushing 1 has a wall being convex-convex lens with rounded edges. Rectangular recess 2 is directed at an acute angle to the axis of handle 3 and communicates with the handle cavity through rectangular slit 8. Wire-type cutting member 4 is made in the form of tetragonal prism. The transverse bearing member is made in the form of rotatable roller 12, which surfaces are made suitable to give rest for connecting rods fixed in one and the same point, and is provided with additional end handle 13 and end arresting member. Handle 1 is made from elastic flexible material and has rectangular instrumental slot 9, which is more than 1 mm in width and is placed on the same side together with additional handle 13. The handle is provided with arresting cross-pin 10 placed under slot 9 and stopping connecting screw 16 mounted on the end face to be engageable with rotatable roller 12. The handle also has an optional scale 8 calibrated to show its penetration depth and the arresting member has calibrated indicator 14 showing the spatial position of the wire-type cutting member.
