NATURAL GAS DRYER Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: gas extracting industry. SUBSTANCE: composition based on ethylene glycol is used as natural gas dryer. Ethylene glycol is used of following composition, mass borax 0.3 1.0; laprol 251B 0.5 1.5; fenosan 28 0.008 0.015; laprol 54003-2-15 0.001 0.1; foam suppressor of type 139-282 0.001 0.1; diethylene glycol the rest. Introduction of anticorrosive additions and foam suppressors in dryer leads to decrease of corrosion of extracting equipment and foam creation in process of natural gas drying, that allows to increase equipment service duration and decrease dryer consumption at least twice due to decrease of its drop removal and so to increase productivity of processing equipment. EFFECT: significant decrease of dryer consumption and increase of equipment productivity and service duration. 1 tbl
