SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the foundry. Binder contains in mass. %: water-colloid silica, at least 85, the stabilizer is polyvinyl alcohol not less than 0.002, the bactericide is an aqueous solution of formalin not less than 0.05, wetting component – alkylbenzenesulfonic acid not less than 0.10, antifoaming agent – laprol mixture 6003 not more than 0.05 with penta-475 not less than 0.01, desalted water. Siliceous has a particle size of 13–15 nm and a content of SiO₂ 25–31 % in an amount not less than 85 %.

EFFECT: provides good wettability of the ceramic mold, low duration of foam decomposition and high bending strength of ceramic molds.
