FIELD: making rice groats. SUBSTANCE: method involves hydrothermal treatment of grains consisting of drying, hulling and abrading of kernels. Hydrothermal treatment consists in boiling the grains for 3-10 min or treating them with superheated steam at 100-105 C for 3-5 min. Drying is carried out for removal of moisture from flower films.
