FIELD: hydrothermal treatment of grain. SUBSTANCE: method includes humidification of grain with water, soaking and drying. drying is effected in drier at temperature of drying agent ranging from 150 to 160 C. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of shelling due to reduction of unshelled grains; avoidance of bitterish taste of oat groats.
