FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: plant has a bed with guide columns linked in upper part by a cross-piece, and main and additional movable frames installed on it and carrying a replaceable tray. Cross-piece carries main and additional actuating cylinders with upper cross-piece and punch suspended from their rods. Bottomless die is located under punch coaxially with it, it is installed by means of flexible spacers on lower cross-piece hinge-joined to rods of actuating cylinders installed on bed. During moulding of products bottomless die fixes replaceable tray on main and additional movable frames, fastened to which symmetrically to their common axle are disbalancing vibrators blocked in pairs. Main and auxiliary loading devices are mounted on bed opposite each other and intended for building mixes of main and facing layers of product being moulded. Replaceable tray is fed to movable frames by means of pushers of mechanism feeding replaceable trays from accumulating cassette. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, quality of products and convenience of work of attending personnel reduced power consumption and noise level. 2 cl, 2 dwg
