FIELD: building materials industry for production of solid and hollow stones of various application. SUBSTANCE: the installation uses a movable frame with unbalanced-mass vibration exciters secured on it symmetrically to the die lateral axis; the distance between the axes of the unbalanced - mass shafts makes up 0.25 to 0.65 of the mould plate length. The movable frame rests on the bed with guide columns by means of flexible supports is installed symmetrically to one of the guide columns, and the distance between the axes of the flexible supports in each pair makes up 0.2 to 0.6 of the interaxis of the guide columns. The movable frame surface has grooves to receive the pushers of the mould plate feed mechanism and stop lugs engageable with the surface of the replaceable plate by means of friction pads. The guide columns in the upper part are interconnected by a cross-bar, fastened to which is a power cylinder, whose rod through a damper is connected to a movable cross-piece connected to a punch by means of flexible members, coaxially located under which is a bottomless die. The service bunker has a sector gate connected to the drive hopper feeder through a servo system. The axes of the fastening bolts of the main and auxiliary vibration exciters coincide with the vertical central axes of the vibration-isolating pads. The replaceable mould plates are fixed on the movable frame by pressing them to the frame by the lower end of the bottomless die when it is lowered by the power cylinders of the vertical movement mechanism fastened to the bed in its lower part.
