FIELD: manufacture of endless belts from material of type of laminates, chip wood and fiber boards, plywood sheets. SUBSTANCE: shape-levelling plate is incorporated in mix of pressing plate of reaction zone of double-band press. It is composed of two metal plates interconnected over perimeter by flexible bellows with formation of chamber filled with liquid medium under pressure. Chamber can house supporting plate made from, for instance, copper having oblique butts with depressions. Flexible bellows has semicircular cross-section and is assembled from rectangular metal films or sheets into package fixed by welding. Metal films or sheets of bellows can be produced from high-strength spring steel joined with metal sheets by welding. Molten metal, alloy of bismuth, lead, tin and cadmium, metal which melting temperature corresponds to heating temperature of press can be used in the capacity of liquid medium. Pressing plate of proposed press has bearing plate with supporting plate for rollers, shape-levelling plate and rigid heat-exchanging plate with holes for liquid heat transfer agent. EFFECT: enhanced productivity of presses. 22 cl, 8 dwg
