FIELD: wood-working industry. SUBSTANCE: binder without a hardener is applied on the particles of the wood material. Then the particles are laid as a layer-carpet and after that they are pressed. Before the beginning of the thickening phase microcapsules are introduced into the layer-carpet. They have walls which do not go into reaction with the binder and contain a hardener for the binder at the vapor or binary phase with the gaseous medium. During the thickening phase in the press the walls of these microcapsules are destroyed and the gaseous hardener is precipitated out. A device for making microcapsules containing a hardener at the vapor or binary phase with the gaseous medium is mounted near the press in order to realize the mentioned method. In a short way the device is connected with the mixing station being in front of the flooring station or with mixing station being in the flooring station in order to mix the microcapsules with the particles of the wood material having the binder applied on them. The flooring station is next to the entry to the press. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of making boards of the wood material. 31 cl, 5 dwg
