SUBSTANCE: connected in parallel to first heater in way of heating- system water whose heating line is connected to exhaust line of stem-and-water condenserless turbine are surface cooler, steam generator and contact-type low-boiling substance condenser. Vapor of low-boiling substance is used for additional generation of electric power by means of steam turbine at reduced thermal load or with heating-system preheaters disconnected.
