The force member made of an alloy having shape memory is constructed as a ring and is in contact with the fastening member. The ring is oval at the temperature which is low than the martensite converting temperature and is round at the temperature which is higher than the temperature of martensite conversion. The flexible member is made up as semi-rings secured to the comb-shaped support member. The cogs are combined by force members which is round at the temperature lower than the martensite temperature and oval at the temperature higher than the martensite temperature.
