FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in treating laminaria algae with acid at pH value of 1 to 3 during 2 to 3 h to produce hydrolyzed stock which is to be washed with water, treated with sodium bicarbonate to pH value of 8 to 9, heated to point of 80 to 95 C during 2 to 3 h and then homogenized. Disclosed method prescribes neutralizing resultant homogenate with edible acid to pH value of 66 to 6.5, introducing edible calcium salt in amount of 0.3 to 0.5 percent of total mass, and finally packing and pasteurizing end product. EFFECT: more sophisticated technique.
