FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: ultracentrifuge has evacuated housing and rotor mounted inside the housing via a flexible shaft and made up as a cylindrical drum with the bottom and cover. The rotor is positioned in the cylindrical chamber with the bottom and cover provided with a through openings at the center for arranging the flexible shaft. The heat insulated chamber is mounted inside the evacuated housing and provided with a heater, cooling device, and thermometer. The space of the rotor is separated into sections by concentric ring baffles tightly secured to its bottom, the number of sections being equal to the number of fraction to be separated. The ratio of the volume of the section to the volume of the rotor space is equal to the volume content of a liquid fraction intended for this section. The sections are interconnected through spaces between the tops of the baffles and rotor cover and connected with a space outside of the rotor through cocks provided in the bottom of the rotor.
