FIELD: brewing industry. SUBSTANCE: bear wort lautering device uses a cylindrical casing with a cover, installed in the casing bottom part are a lauter gauze, stirring mechanism which comprises a hollow shaft, mounted in the casing cover, with a drive, and transverse holder with blades secured to the shaft. A movable axle, whose length exceeds the shaft length by a value higher than the length of the blades, is installed in the shaft space. The shaft drive engages the rotary and vertical translational motion mechanisms, it is furnished with a rotary motion mechanism of the movable axle, whose free end carries an additional transverse holder with blades mounted on its both sides. The rotary motion mechanisms of the shaft drive and movable axle are made in the form of two gearings with different gear ratios for simultaneous rotation of the shaft and movable axle in opposite directions at different angular velocities.
