FIELD: brewing. SUBSTANCE: loosening mechanism of a filtering apparatus has drive shaft with a holder installed crosswise on operating shaft tail. Cutters are secured on the holder parallel to the shaft and symmetrically to its axis. Drive shaft is hollow. Movable axle is installed inside the shaft. Length of the axle exceeds the length of the hollow shaft by a value exceeding cutter length. In so doing additional holder is installed crosswise on the end of movable axle. Cutters of additional holder are installed on its upper and lower parts parallel to cutters of the main holder. In so doing additional holder upper cutters are placed are placed between cutters of the main holder along symmetry axes of adjacent cutters of the main holder. Lower cutters placed on one side of the axis of additional holder drive shaft are installed along axes of main holder cutters. Lower cutters placed on opposite side of drive shaft axis of the additional holder are installed along axes of upper cutters of the additional holder. EFFECT: high productivity. 3 cl, 2 dwg
