FIELD: brewing branch of food industry for filtration of beer wort. SUBSTANCE: device comprises cylindrical housing with input and output branch pipes and filtering screen set up in its lower part; cutterhead, with possibility of rotation and vertical travel, made in the form of shaft with cross member fixed on it and installed there knives with vanes; rotation mechanism; and mechanism of vertical travel of cutterhead with its appropriate drives in the form of arm which axle is fixed in housing. Driven arm lever is mechanically connected with cutterhead shaft. Driving arm lever is connected with cutterhead drive. Vertical travel of cutterhead shaft is limited by distance not exceed distance between vanes. EFFECT: improved device. 4 cl, 2 dwg
