FIELD: biotechnology, microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: desired products are isolated of fodder antibiotics. The process is carried out with the help of water or by 0.05-0.1 M buffer solution of sodium acetate at 15-25 C and pH 5.5 within 30-120 min. Thus prepared extract is collected; b-1,3-glucanase and chitinase being containing in it are purified. Said purification is carried out by precipitation with ammonia sulfate or by concentration which takes place by ultracentrifugating or by chromatography.
