FIELD: genetic engineering, molecular biology, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to DNA sequence encoding enzyme endo-1,3(4)-β-glucanase eliciting ability to cleave 1,3-β-D-glycoside linkages in structure of β--glucanes. This DNA sequence is prepared and sequenced as result of screening cDNA-library from Trichoderma harzianum. Invention proposes recombinant vectors containing the prepared DNA sequence and providing its expression in yeast cells. In culturing strains of Aspergillus sp. transformed with the constructed expression vector recombinant endo-1,3(4)-β-glucanase is obtained and its physical-chemical and catalytical indices of enzyme are determined that allows its using in processes involving disruption of cellular walls of many bacterial and plant producers.
