FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotor engine has housing with ring-shaped toroidal cylinder separated by spring-loaded gates. Disk rotor with pistons is mounted inside the cylinder. When working fluid is fed to the space of the cylinder through passageways made in the rotor and in the piston the rotor is set in rotation. When piston approaches the gate it effects on the spring-loaded control lever at an inclination resulting in embedding of the lever and gate into grooves of the housing and opening a path for the piston. When piston achieves the outlet opening the working fluid is removed through it from the cylinder. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg
