FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: wind unit 3 consists of at least one wind wheel 4 with horizontal axle of rotation 5 kinematically coupled with electric generator 6 secured inside housing 7 of wind unit 3. The lifting construction, which is the base of tower 1, is constructed as concentric piping sections, the bottom parts of the sections being provided with ring steps. Ring spaces are defined between piping sections and also between the ground and outer piping section. The plant is provided with gas turbine 21 and additional electric generator 22 kinematically coupled with electric generator 6. Inlet 23 of turbine 21 is connected with underground source of heat through main vertical pipe line 23. Gas turbine 21 is kinematically connected with the vertical axle of rotation of the blades and electric generator 6 and 22 through reduction gear 26. Outlet of turbine 21 is in communication with the atmosphere through condenser 29, ring filter 30 and a lot of pipes 31. The device for supplying working fluid is made up as a pump unit connected with the space of the construction and underground heat source through additional pipe line mounted in the super-depth well. To accelerate the flow of vapor-gas mixture the plant is provided with multi-stage ejecting device mounted in the main vertical pipe line 24 which comprises Laval nozzles. To provide operation of the plant water is used as the working fluid. The water is pumped from an underground source to the space of the underground construction.
