FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: method is realized by snow processing device having straight-through passages arranged under pavement of road carriage way and walkways, heat carrying lines 6 and heat carrier heating unit 7. Heat carrier is cleaned by filters. Unit 7 has underground chamber with internal concentrically arranged tubular sections 11, 12, 13 with their lower parts provided with annular protrusions 14. Drilled under bottom plate 19 of underground chamber is bore-hole 20 which connects underground chamber hollow with underground source of heat with temperature within 99-105 C. Pipeline is installed in bore-hole 20 which through hole 21 made in bottom plate 19 and vertical pipeline 22 is connected with upper part of tubular sections 11-13. Upper open end of pipeline 22 is fastened in covering 23 having openings and is located in hermetically sealed and thermally insulated bin 24. Made in tubular section 13 and bottom plate 19 of underground chamber are passages which are connected with its hollow, underground heat source through pipeline 22 and with gas pressure source 30. Source of gas pressure 30 is connected by system of pipelines 31, 32, 33 with passages 29 and atmosphere. Hermetically connected to bin 24 are heat carrying lines 6 attached to inlet manifolds.
