FIELD: power mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: motor has controller of supplying fluid. The controller is in communication with the discharging chamber through check valves. The chamber is made up as cylindric passageways arranged in the housing walls, made of conducting material, and separating the housing space into two spaces. Rotor is mounted in each of two spaces. One ends of the cylindric passageway is plugged. The other ends of the passageways are provided with nozzles arranged at the level of working blades of the rotors. The axial electrode is mounted in each cylindric passageway. The end of the electrode is embedded into the insulator interposed between the housing walls. The motor is provided with the mixing chamber and resilient compensator. The walls separating the spaces are provided with dispensing chambers. The controller of supplying the fluid is constructed as two cylindric wheels mounted for permitting counter rotation. The wheels are partially received in the mixing chamber which is in communication with the check valves through the dispensing chambers. Each cylindric wheel has at least one radial calibrated passage connected with its periphery ring groove and one end of the vertically arranged pipe. The other end of the pipe is connected with the resilient compensator coupled with the source of the fluid. EFFECT: improved design. 4 cl, 8 dwg
