FIELD: radioelectronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed material provides stable, well reproducible value of specific resistance from 1.4 to 7 x 7·105Ohm·cm Ohm x cm at temperature resistance coefficient (TRC) from -1.2 to -5.2 /C. The solid solution of oxide compounds showing structure of crystalline lattice of spinel type containing Mn and cations taken from the order Co, Ni, Cu, Cr, Zn corresponding structural formula given in description is used as material with negative TRC providing broad range of stable values of nominal resistance. Material can be used for thermoresistor production of rod-like type at nominal resistance value from 1 to 220 KOhm at TRC from -2.0 to -4.0%/C. EFFECT: enhanced quality of material. 1 tbl
