FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves X-ray examination of hip joints in frontal projection to determine an angle formed by lines connecting the edge of the cotyloid cavity roof with lateral point of the femural epiphysis and external edge of the pubic bone. If the angle is less than 64 degrees, hip joint dysplasia is diagnosed. The case of 65-69 degrees witnesses femoral sublaxation. If the angle is greater than 69 degrees, dislocation of femur is diagnosed. EFFECT: simplified objective differential diagnosis of dysplastic disorders. 1 dwg
