FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying transverse iliac osteotomy and distal pelvis fragment shift inwards to achieve full overlay of the femur neck. The transverse iliac osteotomy is carried out stepwise adding proximal fragment shift in sagittal plane with lateral shift of external cortical plate to achieve full overlay of the femur neck. The so formed diastasis above the femur neck is substituted with osteocartilaginous allotransplant having spherical articulation surface.
