FIELD: wood processing engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing 1 with cavity 5, in which mill 6 is rotatably mounted, frontal and rear skis 8 and 9 movably mounted on the casing, each of the skis is independently movable in two mutually perpendicular directions to adjust position in plane running in perpendicular to the rotation axis of mill 6, screw mechanisms to perform adjustment movements of the skis. The frontal and rear skis 8 and 9 are movable in the directions running in parallel and perpendicular to the base and are spring loaded each in one of the mentioned directions. Frontal ski 8 has slide block 17 kinematically coupled with the screw mechanism, slide block 17 is movably mounted to perform limited movements in parallel to the bearing surface of frontal ski 8. Slide block 17 is movably mounted in casing 1 to perform movements relative to the casing in perpendicular to the bearing surface of ski 8. Casing 1 has slots 16 inclined relative to the base of ski 8. The ends of pins 13 enter slots 16. Rear ski 9 and casing 1 have corresponding inclined surfaces 26, 28 and 27, 29 in planes running in perpendicular to the rotation axis of mill 6.
