FIELD: production of thin flat items. SUBSTANCE: mould for press has punches and matrices, placed in cages, top and lower plates, which are connected with the press, and support posts being connected with the lower plate. Support posts are made in form of a set of thin-wall pipes, which are mounted in vertical onto working table of the press with their edges. Top edges of the pipes are disposed along the whole area of lower horizontal surface of lower plate. Lengths of the pipes are chosen to be equal to difference in working stroke of slider of the press and height of the mould of lower plate to top horizontal surface of top pipe.
