SUBSTANCE: vehicle cab noise-absorbing inner panel of honeycomb design with walls square to cab walls has also solid mounting layer covering ends of honeycombs at cab side and facing plate with through perforations covering honeycomb structure from other side facing inwards and forming closed cells. Panel has layer of porolon placed between mounting layer and end faces of honeycombs which are filled with fibres oriented at random. Through holes in facing panel are arranged in groups symmetrically relative to geometric centers of sections of plate limited by contours of honeycombs. Thickness of porolon layer and height of walls of honeycomb structure in panel area are variable in relatively opposite directions at constant thickness of panel.
