FIELD: space engineering. SUBSTANCE: stabilizer has control surface in form of hollow truncated cone at angle of apex half-angle of cone of 20 deg (optimal magnitude). Control surface of aerodynamic stabilizer is made of set of envelopes located coaxially and placed in such position that excludes shading by one another at angles of stabilization of satellite and practically single impact of particles of incoming flow of upper atmosphere layer with stabilizer surface is ensured. EFFECT: considerable reduction of length of working portion of stabilizer and area of its projection on longitudinal plane which extends range of effective arrangement of satellite and reduces disturbances acting on it due to solar radiation forces. 3 cl, 2 dwg
