FIELD: load-lifting equipment. SUBSTANCE: hand winch has frame with attachment hook and fitted on frame wire rope drum rigidly secured on axle; winch has also ratchet wheel with toothed lock 11 and operating handle, locking mechanism and reversing device. Locking and reversing mechanisms are made in form of common unit and are provided with ratchet wheel 15 with anchor stop 17 rigidly secured on axle 6. Anchor stop has two-position spring-loaded detent installed on frame and consisting of spring 21 and ball 22 fitted in spring to rotate freely around pin 20. Anchor stop has control handle 19. Toothed lock 11 of main ratchet wheel also rigidly coupled with axle 6 has shank to provide manual disengagement of lock and disengaged position detent made in form of yoke and spring.
