FIELD: mechanical engineering; manually operated lifting mechanisms for hoisting construction members and materials to erected scaffolds or storey. SUBSTANCE: device has body in form of detachable frame 1, boom 6, boom angle control mechanism, hoisting device with drum gear wheel 18, disk with handle 22 coupled with gear wheel, load wire rope 32 with hook 34, lock in form of pawl 16 engaging with gear wheel of hoisting device drum. Pawl 16 is made with projection for engagement with conical surface of disk for bringing the latter out of engagement with gear wheel. Hoisting device has brake made in form of metal plate with handle engaging with drum. Movable platform 26 is mounted on inclined runners 3 by means of four wheels. Counterweights 5 are mounted on frame. Limiters 4 for counterweights 5 and automatic rest mechanism of platform 26 are provided. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 dwg
