FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotor-piston internal combustion engine has housing provided with working chamber and rotor-pistons. The rotor-pistons are mounted on the shaft and provided with seals constructed as radial plates pivotally connected with a power mechanism through telescopic rods. The power mechanism is provided with a cam, and rotor- pistons are mounted for permitting movement over the cam surface and interconnected through telescopic rods.
