FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power plants with rotary internal combustion engine. Proposed power plant has rotary engine and rotary energy recovering device. Systems to supply engine with fuel and compressed air, cooling and lubricating system are mounted on output shaft. Compressed air supply system has two- stage compressor whose first stage is ring centripetal blower, and second stage is positive displacement compressor with receiver communicating with engine combustion chamber to control delivery of compressed air. Fuel supply system has pair of fuel pumps installed diametrically relative to shaft for translation along guides and interacting with shaft by means of tappets. Shaft of section of interaction is provided with one-side cam with slanted surface. Cooling and lubricating system has scoops on lower end of shaft. Shaft is made hollow, its space communicating through space of hydraulic take-in scoops with reservoir of lubricating and cooling liquid installed in crankcase, and through ports made in shaft body, with spaces of engine, recovering device and compressor. EFFECT: simplified design of plant, reduced labor input in manufacture and service, increased efficiency and reduced specific consumption of fuel. 4 cl, 4 dwg
