FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: self-propelled crane has casing and rotary crane horizontal frame mounted on casing. Frame has four independent supports, each having hydraulic cylinder, stem and piston. Prior to operating the crane, frame is positioned in horizontal plane on three supports, with one of supports made in the form of a group of individual supports which are in fluid communication one with the other. Cylinders of hydraulic supports of groups of supports are locked by hydraulic locks. During operation of crane all supports are disintegrated and each is retained by respective hydraulic lock. Working cavities of cylinders are in fluid communication with body of auxiliary rotary slide valve, which has slit. It allows various combinations of three-support system to be constructed.
