FIELD: transport engineering and materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: walking support has vehicle housing with four front and four rear walking propulsion units installed at sides, and power drive. It has also sprung frame of vehicle which is placed on walking supports of right and left sides. Each support has carrying beam. Pairs of walking propulsion units ands power drive are installed on ends of carrying beam. Power drive is furnished with self-braking train to provide irreversibility of displacement of walking propulsion units when power drive is cut out of operation. Vehicle suspension has main flexible members of spring system, shock absorbers and additional axle rigidly coupled with vehicle sprung frame and hinge-coupled with walking support beams of right and left sides. EFFECT: increased resistance to overturning, provision of possibility of transportation and unloading operation on any terrain without mounting of additional supports on ground and without locking of spring system. 5 dwg
