SUBSTANCE: method envisages washing, grinding, mixing with water, digestion, pressing with the juice and residue separation, residue drying and extraction resulting in obtaining the extract. The grinding is carried out on the rolling crusher, the digestion is exercised in the mechanical oscillation field in the ultrasound frequency range. The extraction of residues is fulfilled by the liquefied gas at the pressure higher than the atmospheric one and the juice is subjected to microfiltration. The line has washer, crusher, mixing reservoir connected with the water source, press for separating juice from residues, dryer, residue extractor, cavitator mounted in the mixing reservoir, source of the liquefied gas connected with the extractor, evaporator and condenser being in communication with each other and microfilter mounted on the press output.
