FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: device has heat insulating chamber mounted on the base by way of supports arranged in pair from the side of charging and discharging of the product and air supplying box with perforated chute mounted on spring-loaded supports inside the chamber to define a space with its inner side. Infrared emitters with reflectors are positioned above the chute at the top part of the chamber. The chamber is mounted for permitting rotation together with the box and perforated chute by a given angle about the horizontal axes of the supports arranged from the side of charging the product.
