Abstract RU 2043711 C1

FIELD: agriculture; dairy industry; food industry. SUBSTANCE: method allows for cooling milk or water on animal farms. The method involves delivery of liquid and location of a heat exchanger in its warmest layer. In the process of cooling the position of this layer is determined as dependent on changing height and temperature of the surface layer, and the heat exchanger is moved vertically so that it is always found in the warmest layer. The device has a tank for liquid and the heat exchanger is located in this tank. The heat exchanger has two horizontal plates joined together. The heat exchanger is also provided with a device for changing its position higher or lower in the tank. The device has a compressed air chamber located between the heat exchanger plates. There is a blower in communication with the chamber. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 6 dwg
