FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has flexible intact tube 1 having proximal arresting member 2 and distal arresting member 3 made as a whole with tube 1 at its distal end. Proximal arresting member 2 is formed into a shape of solid disk and distal arresting member 3 is composed of separate leaflets forming a tube, when put together in their usual state, being an extension of the main tube but having smaller diameter. Control tube 5 is coaxially and longitudinally slidably mounted in main tube 1. EFFECT: prevented traumatic and purulent inflammatory complications. 2 dwg
