FIELD: medical technology. SUBSTANCE: endoprosthesis is intended for replacement of injured joints of arm fingers and can be used in traumatology and orthopedics. Proximal leg of endoprosthesis is connected with distal leg by means of hinge. For high functional reliability and reducing traumatic effect at replacement of parts of endoprosthesis after wearing-out of sliding surfaces, appearance of plays and loosening, joint is made splittable and is provided with removable insert with lock. Both legs are made sectional, consisting of outer part and inner part. Outer part of each leg can be rigidly fixed in phalanx of finger. Inner part of each leg is installed in outer part with possibility for removing from hinge and connection with it. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 3 dwg
