FIELD: vacuum casting. SUBSTANCE: device has a housing placed inside the air-tight cavity of the preliminary vacuum evaporation. The cavity is formed by a shell, the housing and covers. A centrifugal unit with a pouring mould mounted on its axle is disposed inside the housing. A crucible-ditch with the mixture of raw materials is set up on the housing bosses. A hole closed by the cork melted of the charge material is made in the crucible bottom coaxial with the ingate of the mould. The charge melting is exercised by a burner mounted in the suspension system allowing to shift the burner in the process of melting for its intensification. The housing cavity is encapsulated by a cover having a window for the usual observation of the melting process. The device is equipped with the evacuation system ensuring the inert atmosphere in the melting zone. When the cork is melted and the metal goes into the mould the centrifugal unit is engaged. To avert the violation of conditions for the metal melting a safety valve is used. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture. 1 dwg
