FIELD: processing synthesized diamond powders. SUBSTANCE: synthesized diamond powder processing is performed by feeding powders in area of high-frequency electrode free discharge at 300 7000 K maximum mean-weight temperature, 40 500 m/s flow velocity followed by power feeding to hard barrier and dumping into a tank. Once diamond powder has come thought plasma it collides with special plate to be broken additionally. EFFECT: increased strength of diamond powder grains to improve attaching feature of diamond crystals in link. 3 tbl
