SUBSTANCE: coarse sackcloth fabric made of caprone threads (29 tex x 2m twisting index is 100 tw/m) is impregnated with 4-10% aqueous emulsion of acryl copolymer of acremos-301 or acremos-601 on the basis of copolymer, wt.-% butylacrylate 35-64; methylacrylate 31-65; methacrylic acid 3.0-5.3, and glycidyl methacrylate 1-5. Impregnated fabric overweight is 18-20 g/m². After drying fabric is subjected for thermic pressing at 170-200 C with film at thickness 0.15-0.25 mm from a mixture of polyamide PA-6/66/610/-2 (1:1) on the basis of product of polycondensation of caprolactam, adipic acid salt with hexamethylenediamine and sebacic acid salt with hexamethylenediamine with butadiene nitrile rubber CKH-40. Properties: rupture strength is 78-100 kgf/cm; elongation is 12-15% angle of slide is 11-23 degree; circuit strength is 1.2-1.53 kgf/cm; rigidity is 17.6-22.5 g.
