AERATOR WITH ROTORS OF OPPOSITE ROTATION Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

Abstract RU 2043978 C1

FIELD: devices used for dissolution of air oxygen in water. SUBSTANCE: aerator uses two coaxial hollow shafts with an annular space between them, whose lower ends are connected to the rotors of opposite rotation, and the upper end of the internal hollow shaft is kinematically linked with electric motor shaft. Aerator is furnished with a casing, in which in bearings the external hollow shaft is installed, the upper ends of hollow shafts have funnels. The funnel of the internal shaft is positioned inside the funnel of the external shaft with a gap for air flow. Mounted on the electric motor form and shaft are impellers of axial-flow fan that are rigidly connected to the external and internal funnels respectively; the external ends of the impeller connected to the internal funnel are positioned near the wall of the external funnel. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
