FIELD: fat and oil industry. SUBSTANCE: soybean seeds were peeled, heated with steam up to 30-40 C and moisture 11-15% Then dry extrusion is carried out for three stages. At the first stage air is removed and oil is pressed out (4-5% ) at 70-80 C; at the second stage steams were removed at 100-110 C up to moisture in product 8-10% at the third stage product is formed at 140-150 C, thickness is 0.3-1.0 mm, and oil, oil cake and groats were isolated.
