FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method for sheet rolling includes melting of steel of definite chemical composition, formation of blank, blank deformation under controlled condition with reversing partial reduction with total reduction of 50-80% and completion of process within temperature interval of Ar3-Ar1 and subsequent cooling down to ambient temperature. After cooling, rolled product is heated up to temperature Ac3+(10-40 C) at the rate of 0.8-1.2 min. mm, and, then, final cooling in the air down to ambient temperature. Cooling of rolled products after reduction down to temperature below Ar1 by 150-250 C is effected at the rate of 3.0-15.0 C/s, and then, in the air. EFFECT: produced low-perlite steel possessing high strength, ductility and cold-resistance with high values of low-temperature ductility of steel of zone of thermal effect after welding. 3 cl, 2 tbl
