FIELD: metallurgy, namely production of important-designation rolled stock by thermomechanic treatment. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of making blanks of steel having predetermined chemical content, austenization, preliminary and final deformation with total degree 50-80 %, cooling at temperature 760-900 C with rate 10-60 C up to temperature 300 + 20 C, secondary heating up to 590 - 740 C with curing 0.2-3.0 min/mm and final cooling in air up to temperature of environment. Variants of rolling process and heat treatment are supposed. EFFECT: possibility of producing low-perlite steel having high strength, ductility and cold resistance with high values of low-temperature resilience of steel of thermal influence zone after welding. 5 cl, 2 tbl
