FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method of making rolled sheets comprises steps of melting steel with predetermined chemical content, treating metal in ladle, casting it to ingot molds with rate 0.1-0.5 t/s, austenization at temperature 1200-1350 C, rolling in blooming mill with percentage reduction 33-82 %, preliminary deformation with percentage reduction 15-97%, heat treatment of rolled piece and its final cooling up to temperature of environment. Variants of heat treatment and cooling processes are supposed. EFFECT: enhanced factors of low-temperature resilience and cold resistance upon maintaining the same strength of the metal. 9 cl
